I bring over 10 years of experience from fast-paced startups in Berlin and Sydney, where I honed my skills in business development, branding, marketing, and leadership. Those diverse roles shaped my creative and solution-oriented mindset, and taught me how to navigate complexity with clarity and strategy.

Today, I draw on that expertise to unlock potential in holistic health and well-being businesses—guiding practitioners and service providers to strengthen their foundations, express their vision, and connect with the people who need them most.

With two years of hands-on experience in website design, I specialise in creating sites that feel intuitive, authentic, and aligned with each client’s vision. My focus is on service-based and holistic businesses, bringing clarity to their online presence and making it simple for their clients to connect, book, and engage.

I combine clean design with strategic structure, ensuring every site not only looks beautiful but also supports growth, visibility, and ease of self-management. From concept to launch, I guide clients through a collaborative process that transforms ideas into a digital space they’re proud to call home.

I hold a Master certification in NLP and bring this passion for unlocking human potential into all areas of my work. Through NLP techniques, I help clients move beyond limiting beliefs, access new perspectives, and achieve both personal and business goals.

My holistic approach fosters lasting change—building resilience, confidence, and alignment. I also weave NLP into branding and communication, ensuring that a business’s message truly reflects its essence and resonates with the people it’s here to serve.

In my coaching, I integrate mind, body, and spirit to support clients in creating balance across both business and personal goals. My sessions highlight the transformative power of mindset—because the way we think and feel shapes how we show up in life and in business.

By helping clients shift perspectives, release limitations, and build resilience, I empower them to move through challenges with clarity and confidence. This creates meaningful personal growth that naturally flows into stronger, more impactful business results.

As a certified Business Trainer, I bring a strong foundation in professional development and group facilitation into my work. While I don’t currently run formal training programs, this background influences the way I approach service design and helps me support clients in creating transformative events and retreats.

I draw on these skills to shape experiences that not only reflect a business’s brand and vision, but also foster connection, growth, and lasting impact for participants.

My background in Laughter Yoga continues to influence the way I show up as a holistic practitioner. It’s taught me the value of lightheartedness, play, and joy as powerful ingredients for wellbeing and resilience.

I carry this energy into my coaching and client work—creating spaces that feel supportive, uplifting, and human. For me, lightness is not about avoiding depth, but about balancing it, so that growth feels grounded, authentic, and even joyful along the way.

I am a certified Reiki Energy Healer, trained in the traditional Usui Reiki method. While I don’t offer Reiki as a stand-alone service, this training deeply informs the way I work. It’s given me a greater sensitivity to energy, connection, and presence—qualities I weave into every coaching conversation, business session, or group experience I facilitate.

For me, Reiki is about holding space that feels safe, grounded, and restorative. It reminds me that true transformation happens when mind, body, and spirit are in flow, and I bring this understanding into all aspects of my work with clients.
